“Lessons in Love and Life” has been published

LILALMy newest short story, “Lessons in Love and Life,” has been published, and I think it’s very fitting that it’s been released just in time for Valentine’s Day.

In “Lessons in Love and Life,” a companion to my historical romance Hidden Truths, Amy wants to do something nice for her sweetheart, Rika, and take her to Salem for a romantic night of dancing. But in 1869, that’s not easy for two women, so Amy comes up with a daring plan…and ends up learning some lessons in love and life.

For now, the short story is available via Amazon, but it will soon be available at other online bookstores as well.

I hope you enjoy it!

    • Thanks for reading. I’m glad you enjoyed it.

You mean the sequel to “The Morning After”? I just started writing it yesterday. Once I finish the first draft, we’ll do a few rounds of beta reading and then editing, then comes the cover creation and the formatting, so it will take some time.

My best guess right now would be some time in April, but that’s just a guess. I’ll keep you up to date.

  1. It’s been months and I still can’t get over the Oregon series. I’ve read “Lessons in Love and Life” numerous times already since I read the Oregon series in order that I can’t help but yearn for more … Will there be another sequel or maybe a short sequel to this? I’d really like read Grandpa Luke interacting with her grandkids XD or maybe a closure to her life as an old person with Nora by her side or something like that XD Luke is my favorite character because I can relate to her in many accounts XD

Hope to read more of the Oregon series =D

    • Thanks for reading the Oregon series! I admit I have a soft spot for Luke too, so I’m sure there’ll be more stories about the Hamiltons. I can’t tell you when, though. That’s up to my muse ;-)
