What a weird year! I don’t think any of us are sad to wave 2020 goodbye. But I love knowing that the book-themed crossword puzzles were one of the highlights of the week for many of you, offering a pleasant distraction while you were stuck at home.

I’d like to thank all the participating authors and publishers who contributed books for the giveaways—among them Bold Strokes Books, Bella Books, Ylva Publishing, Desert Palm Press, Bywater Books, and many indie authors.
A big thank-you also to the readers who faithfully sent in their crossword solutions every week. We had 378 people participating in the F/F Fiction Crossword Challenge, and 62 of them solved every single crossword puzzle correctly!

Sapphic Reading Challenge 2021
By now, you’ve probably heard what I have in mind for 2021: A new year-long book event called the Sapphic Reading Challenge. The goal will be to read 10, 20, 30, or 50 books from a list of categories I’ll post each week. Depending on how much time you have to read, you can pick one of 5 different levels, plus a bonus level.
